Questions about HDR photography??Wide Range Nature is a small photography company out of Western Massachusetts that seeks to provide beautiful artwork at affordable prices. All purchases are printed using archival quality ink and paper and will last a lifetime. The photographs appear so vivid because of the technique called HDR, which stands for High Dynamic Range. The camera is set on a tripod and multiple shots are taken at different exposure levels. The shots are stitched together using software and the end result is a display of contrast unviewable with the naked eye. If the eye can see a 10 times larger range of color and contrast than a digital camera, HDR or High Dynamic Range photography captures a 10 times larger range of color and contrast than the human eye. The end result is a vivid display of the light waves that are unnoticed by our primitive sense organs.
